If I had a dollar for every negative thought, I'd be rich. Money can't buy happiness though. The key to a better life starts within your well-being.
You cannot expect happiness when you feel happy nor think about it. Take a step back and look in the mirror. Realize you control anything and everything that you react to. When you gain the sense of that, you will be just fine.
Don't let anyone live in your head rent free. Love yourself, think positive, live, and breathe happiness.
