Submissions
Envision & Wonder publishes all types of books, Novels, Series, Children’s Books, Graphic novels and Comic books. We’re always looking for submissions and manuscripts for future titles. We provide promotion and design services for a fee. Submissions go through a thorough selection process and if your work isn’t selected we offer actual feedback so that the work can be improved and to our delight submitted again and hopefully selected. Estimated duration of response is 6 to 8 weeks per submission.
Envision & Wonder takes no responsibility for third-party advertisements or third-party applications that are posted on our Site or made by third parties that provide other goods or services.
Participation is voluntary and open to all persons able to use Envision & Wonders’ services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership and liability as artists, without gender, social, racial, political or religious discrimination. The company is not to be held liable for losses sustained. Every Artist & Author that submits maintains their full copyright.
Royalties are to be determined and negotiated once submissions are approved for publishing. The royalties given are based on a Contractual Agreement between Envision & Wonder and The Artist(s) or Author(s) whose work is chosen for publication in print & digital format.

Returns Only For Merchandise that arrived damaged send Documented Photos and other information within 24 hours of retrieval of the product, which is based on tracking and time of delivery.
Shipping Instructions will be sent via email within 1 business day. Customer response needs to be sent within 1 day. It should include the receipt and new tracking number for the shipment. Our policy for returns lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within as soon as possible! Provide Documented Photos and other information within 24 hours of retrieval of the product, which is based on tracking and time of delivery.
Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. Send Documented Photos and other information within 24 hours of retrieval of the product, which is based on tracking and time of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and send Documented Photos and other information within 24 hours of retrieval of the product, which is based on tracking and time of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your partial or full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 3 business days.

Our Book Subscriptions are considered Digital content. There is a One time subscription fee for its services. Services include weekly, bi-weekly and monthly updates on ebook titles for readers to enjoy that include but are not limited to: Comic Strips, Mini Series, Chapter By Chapter content, or Graphic Novel Releases. All of which will be compiled into their corresponding books and be sold throughout Envision & Wonder’s distribution channels. Subscribers who have received title updates & downloaded the corresponding content will receive discounts on full books developed once the collections (Comic Strips, Mini Series, Chapter By Chapter content, or Graphic Novel Releases) are complete. Discounts vary and are subject to change at anytime.
Once subscribed to our Book Subscriptions All sales are final because once downloaded the content cannot be returned once purchased. Risk of Loss of a title whether Digital or Video pass to the Buyer upon delivery. Replacement files can be issued Only if Buyer provides proof of Purchase with Receipt, Order Number, Programs used to view content and Visual Proof of Defects in Digital content. Buyer has 24 to 48 hours to report any defects with Digital & Video content upon delivery.
